4. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

Pharmademics may need to process your data outside of our India office. Any transfer of data will be subject to Data Transfer Agreements and staff will be trained on their obligations in respect to your personal data. Pharmademics will ensure that any data sent to and stored by these offices is subject to the same levels of protection as data stored and processed in the India.

Occasionally we may need to transfer your data to Third Party Vendors such as suppliers who provide business services to Pharmademics including IT providers. Job applicants please note that your data will be held on the Pharmademics recruitment system hosted by a third party. All personal data will only be transferred where there is a need to do so and these vendors will also be subject to agreements regarding the processing of your data. By giving us this information you consent to this.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

5. JOB APPLICANTS

Pharmademics will only use your information for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process. If you are not selected by Pharmademics for employment we will keep your information for one year in case of other opportunities. After the year we will delete your information. If you become a Pharmademics employee we will need to collect further personal information in addition to that described in this policy.
